A Saturday Local Event with a choice of late afternoon or early evening starts (to allow a practice night event before the British Night champs). Courses suitable for everyone from the absolute beginner (help and advice available) to the experienced orienteer. Note that only the 3 evening courses count towards the OD Local League.
The event will be signed south off the A45 (towards Everdon), 3 miles SE of Daventry at Dodford . Follow O signs for 3 miles. Go through the wood to the top of the hill to the crossroads. Parking to left on the roadside along the south edge of the wood Note this is not the location shown on Google Maps which is a very small parking area in the woods. The roadside parking at Everdon Stubbs is limited so please share transport if possible.

Pre-entry via Fabian4 is now closed. The "Night" Short course is full but there is limited space for EOD (including the other evening courses).
EOD fees: Seniors £6, Juniors (including full-time students) £2, SI card hire (Non SIAC) £1
Afternoon: 15:30 - 16:15 Score course. 6 Score course maps will be available for Entry on the Day (EOD).
Evening: 18:00 - 18:30 Short, Medium & Long courses. A few Medium and Long course maps will be available for Entry on the Day (EOD).
The A4 waterproof LiDAR-based map is drawn to ISOM 2017-2 spec by Bruce Bryant. The map is at a scale of 1:5000 with 5m contours and was revised in Jan 2023 to reflect the latest paths and some new cleared areas. Loose control descriptions will not be avaiable. Control descriptions are on the map and here if you want to print your own (Score on page 2).

Medium 3.1km / 70m climb / 18 controls OD Local League
